This collaboration allowed BetaNXT to standardise tooling, optimise technical delivery, and enhance security, resulting in faster market delivery, superior client experiences, and future growth positioning. Formed from the acquisition of the BETA+ platform from LSEG, BetaNXT faced inconsistency due to disparate development tools and approaches inherited from Beta, Maxit, and Mediant, leading to inefficient workflows and difficulty in standardising best practices. BetaNXT needed a unified DevOps solution for consistency, real-time visibility, accelerated development cycles, security, and streamlined tool management. Adaptavist helped migrate from LSEG's legacy platform to GitLab Ultimate, establishing a new centre of excellence and transitioning from Jenkins to GitLab. This resulted in a 67% reduction in development tools, enhanced collaboration, higher quality products, accurate forecasting, and simplified onboarding.
